'Grey's Anatomy' Spoilers: Watch One of Cristina and Meredith's Final Clips Together [VIDEO]

Our hearts are already breaking.

Cristina Yang and Meredith Grey have been the best of friends since Grey's Anatomy has started, and we are getting so sad that the pair is about to say goodbye.

Cristina's final two episodes will air during the next two weeks, and we are already emotional just thinking about it. To make matters worse, The Hollywood Reporter just released a video of the best moments of Meredith's and Cristina's friendship.

Ellen Pompeo (Meredith) took to Twitter to express her love and admiration for getting to work with Sandra Oh (Cristina) for ten year, tweeting "So proud of the work we've done together @iamsandraoh. We've laughed we cried we've kicked some serious acting ass together #SOGRATEFUL."

E! News also released a clip from the upcoming episode titled, "Everything I Do, Nothing Seems to Turn Out Right," in which we get to experience the traditional Meretina, or Chridith witty banter (do they have a couple name?) for one of the last times.

In the clip they eat waffles while they talk about interviewing potential replacements, not for Cristina (thank gosh) but for Dr. Russell, a task that Meredith thinks of as a punishment for Cristina leaving.
