Magnetic Press announces a distribution agreement with ComiXology to digitally debut their lineup of award-winning graphic novels. Magnetic Press will launch their first upcoming titles, Naja and Super-Ego, as serialized chapters.
From writer JD Morvan and artist Bengal, Naja tells the tale of a female assassin who feels no pain. The assassin is in search of the mysterious stranger who wants her killed. Written and drawn by Caio Oliveira, Super-Ego follows the madcap adventures of a psychotherapist dedicated to treating members of the superhero community.
Mike Kennedy, Publisher at Magnetic Press, is enthusiastic about the team-up with ComiXology, "While we love books, and pride ourselves on the physical quality of our print presentation, we are even more excited to get these stories into the hands of fans, regardless of their preferred platform or device. At the end of the day, the stories are what matter, and ComiXology's Guided View technology will add an entirely unique cinematic quality to the reading experience."
ComiXology's VP Communications & Marketing Chip Mosher adds, "We're thrilled to debut these outstanding Magnetic Press series as exclusive digital firsts on ComiXology. With our worldwide reach comics fans around the globe will be able to experience Magnetic Press' budding lineup wherever and whenever they want!"
