It seems like there's a crazy transfer window in store for soccer fans. The Premier League is often one of the leagues where clubs spend a ton of money in an attempt for instant success, and it seems like this season will be no different. The latest news suggests there's going to be so many ins and outs that it'll be hard to recognize these new star-studded teams come August.
Chelsea have agreed a deal with Atletico Madrid to sign Diego Costa, which should ensure other Premier League clubs can make moves for the current batch of Chelsea forwards. Costa will trigger of what should be a busy summer for the EPL teams. Will their defender David Luiz head to Spain to finance the deal? It's believed he wants to play for Barcelona.
Manchester United and their struggling veteran Rio Ferdinand have announced that they will part ways, with Rio likely to look for a new Premier League club. Will United promote from within, or will they need reinforcements with both Rio and Nemanja Vidic leaving this summer? The club are interested in bringing Borussia Dortmund star Mats Hummels, who at 25 can both replace Rio and help them in the future.
United could also lose Patrice Evra and they're trying to replace him with Luke Shaw of Southampton, but they're holding out for money money for the teenager. Also, Southampton are proving tough to deal with for Liverpool, who are desperately trying to sign England star Adam Lallana.
Lastly, Tom Ince, of Blackpool and on loan at Crystal Palace, is a free agent and looks set to head to Inter Milan, following in his father, Paul Ince's, steps.
