Solange Knowles vs. Rachel Roy Twitter beef: fashion designer 'flirts' Jay-Z 'Beach is Better' lyrics after epic elevator hotel fight

Rumors suggest that Solange Knowles attacked Jay-Z in an NYC hotel elevator earlier this month in regards to his "friendly" relationship with popular fashion designer, Rachel Roy.

Apparently, Beyonce's younger sis thinks HOV's acquaintance with Roy is "too close for comfort." An alleged insider tells HollywoodLife.com - "Rachel Roy came up to [Solange] in a confrontational way earlier in the night... They've had a long-standing feud... Beyonce also confronted Rachel and said, 'Don't talk to my sister like that,' after Rachel confronted Solange."

So that's what initially ignited Solange's attack on Jay.

And now, Roy just won't stop instigating the aspiring songstress!

On Wednesday (May 14), Roy tweeted:

@Rachel_Roy: "The beach is better! Escape with RRR's Summer '14 video (link)."

Innocent enough, right?

Well, loyal Jay-Z fans would know that Roy's actually referencing the rapper's hit Magna Carta song, "Beach is Better."

Yeah - probably not the best time for a flirtatious Jay-Z "shout-out."

Coincidence? Maybe...

Is Roy trying to rile-up Solange even more?
