Get ready to take a trip back to the Garden State of Jersey. The Real Housewives of New Jersey are back for another season of fun, laughs, and good old fashion drama.
E! News caught up with new/returning housewife Dina Manzo, at the NBC Universal Entertainment Upfronts, to get the scoop on why she choose to come back to the drama.
"Well, I'm asked back pretty much every year to be honest with you. It never felt right. This year, it kind of felt right between the changes going on in my life, and Teresa and I have organically gotten closer this past summer because of what she's going through...We became close friends again, hanging out, and it organically just happened. And they asked me last-minute. I came in last-minute."
Also in attendance at the Upfronts, was fellow cast member Melissa Gorga who gushed about sister-in-law Teresa, telling E! that the two have been so supportive of each other during all of Teresa's legal troubles.
"Obviously with what my sister-in-law is going through, I think the drama is irrelevant at this point and it's nonsense. When push comes to shove, we're family and I'm here to back her up, so is her brother," Melissa told the entertainment site.
But don't think that there wont be drama on this season now that Teresa and Melissa have made up. Gorga confirms that the new cast members are the ones bringing all the commotion this season.
"I think where you're going to get drama is with these new girls that are coming in."
New housewives joining the cast include twin sisters, Nicole Mauriello and Teresa Aprea, and Amber Marchese.
Dina praises her fellow costars saying that she often has to try to keep up with their wild behavior.
"I keep saying they're swinging from the chandeliers and we're trying to catch up with them. They're a lot to handle, but they're a lot of fun. They're great TV. Their one-liners are amazing and they don't even realize how funny they are. They're those kind of girls."
Be sure to catch the old and new faces from Jersey when season six premieres on July 13 at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
