50 Cent Blames Baby Mama Shaniqua Tompkins For Beef With Son, Marquise Jackson

In an interview with BET's 106 & Park, rapper 50 Cent revealed that he didn't intentionally miss his son, Marquise Jackson's graduation, and that he is being plastered in the media as a deadbeat dad because his baby mama, Shaniqua Tompkins.

"My relationship with my oldest son is dictated by his actual mom, and because his mother has developed a negative energy towards me -it's not odd, a lot of times people get divorce, we go from friends, because we're adults, if time permits it there's some sort of intimacy and it grows stronger (that relationship. Most people in process to induct being engaged and get married and when they get divorced sometimes they're not even friends anymore because one person over invested emotionally and kinda let go and develops into hate."

The "50 Laws of Power" author then added that his son's mother may still be bitter that he wanted to part ways with her and still remains successful and carries on with his life without any emotional attachments to her, "That person is visible and financially in a different space," he referred to his Shaniqua finding another man like him, "It's interesting you would have to find someone I know."

The "Get Rich or Die Trying" actor said that he was never informed about the ceremony and was filming abroad, "[I] haven't received an invitation to it, and when he graduated I was in Budapest on a movie with Melissa McCarthy, Jude Law, and Jason Statham." He revealed that his ex, Shaniqua is trying to sabotage him through the media to make him look like the bad guy in the whole ordeal, "I think the information comes out because his mom is going to TMZ. I wish she find someone so she could leave me alone."
