Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart 'Keep In Touch,' Romantic Robsten Reunion True? 'Twilight' Hottie Remains Vague, Spotted With New Mystery Girlfriend?

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart aren't officially dating again, but they still manage to "keep in touch."

Does that give Robsten fans any hope?

In a recent interview with the Hollywood Reporter, R-Patz talks about working with K-Stew in the mega-popular "Twilight" film franchise. Apparently, playing the role of sexy vampire Edward Cullen was nothing like he expected:

"I genuinely had no idea it was going to be a [blockbuster]," admits Pattinson, who says "everything changed when they did the marketing, and the general public started to view [the films] in a different way when they started to push the 'team' aspect of it... It was like, 'I'm on Team Edward or Team Jacob.' That saturated everything, and suddenly there was a backlash. Whereas with the first [film], there wasn't a backlash at all... It was quite a constricting character, in a way... You want to make [him] as dramatic as possible, but you have someone who never loses his temper, and so it's like, 'How the f*ck do you do this?'" he says. "I think that was one of the hardest jobs I've ever done."

Perhaps that's why the 28-year-old British heartthrob is now focusing on maturer roles more geared toward the "indie" genre.

Anyway - how does his relationship now stand with on-and-off again girlfriend, K-Stew?

When asked if the two former lovebirds "keep in touch," R-Patz simply replies, "Yeah."

So... what does that mean!? Maybe they're trying to work things out again?

But what about the new "mystery brunette" Pattinson was spotted cuddling-up with at a recent Katy Perry concert in London? As Mstars previously reported:

Pattinson hasn't reconnected with ex "Twilight" sweetheart Kristen Stewart in several months. In fact, he's been spotted "flirting" with many of K-Stew's gal pals, and that allegedly ticked her off!

Anyway, it now looks like Stewart might totally be out of the picture...

Pattinson recently attended a Katy Perry Prismatic Tour gig at London's legendary O2 Arena on Thursday (May 27). And he wasn't there alone...

The "Maps To The Stars" hottie was spotted with yet another mystery brunette - and the two appeared to be more than just close friends!

Several fans snapped photos of R-Patz throughout the evening, and he looked completely mesmerized with the "Dark Horse" songstress' performance. Of course, this led some to believe that he was secretly "romancing" John Mayer's ex...

Apparently not!

In one (rather blurry) video posted on Instagram, Pattinson has his arm casually drapped around another girl.

Interesting... So, who's this new beauty?
