The insurance agents of Katy Perry are banning the pop star to wear her usual peppermint candy bra as it is deemed to be 'lethal.'

The 'Wide Awake' star has always been known for wearing eccentric stage costumes as she performs her hit songs. Despite the warning of her insurers, Perry said that she is willing to take the risks of wearing her classic rotating bras.

According to the singer songwriter who is now a movie star as well, her insurers are worried that she might injure her neck. "I seriously doubt it could be lethal but they want a new bra designed that will not allow hair to be caught up," Perry said.

There was an instance when the 'Fireworks' singer once had her hair caught up on her bra which eventually coiled up. "I'm forced to just go with it so, by the end of the song, it looked quite like I was licking my own tit. What a girl does for her art," Perry explained.

Hence, her insurance agents are scared from then on of the harm and possible injuries that the colourful bras can cause her. "Insurers don't care about the art or the fun - just the dangers," a source from the insurers said.

Anyone can guess for now that Katy Perry will not be seen with those circling bras in her next set of performances. Unless she maintains being the sweet and cute rebel that she is who goes against the rules.
