Potluck Video's Ali Rosen met up with Chef Anne Burrell to discuss her book, Own Your Kitchen, and to get the answers to some vital questions.

1.) Her hair flare is a signature look for Chef Anne Burrell, but what would she steal from the other Food Network Chefs?

Jokingly, Burrell says, "What would I say? Maybe Giada's boobs." She kids, but on a serious note she loves Chef Alex Guarnaschelli's artistic ability to describe food, Chef Bobby Flay's passion for competition, and Chef Alton Brown's mad-scientist way of thinking.

2.) Her book, Own Your Kitchen, poses the question what culinary dish does she own?

"Probably some sort of pasta dish like Bucatini all'Amatriciana. One of my absolute favorite dishes ever, ever, ever... Or maybe a roasted chicken. Like lube it up and toss it in the oven."

3.) Who is the worst cook in the Burrell family?

One of the hosts on Food Network's Worst Cooks in America, Burrell can't name a bad cook in her family. She notes that her sister is a dietitian, but even her sister can hold her own in the kitchen.

4.) Any tips on making the perfect Meatballs?

A known meatball lover, Burrell has two key techniques: Adding water and making a tester patty. The additional moisture keeps the meat super succulent and she says, "You never are sure if your meatballs are seasoned correctly or perfectly until you try one. A lot of the times people are just like 'All right, I did the recipe,' and then they whip them into their sauce and then, you know, they're under-seasoned meatballs. That's no good."

5.) Anything that can't be fixed in the kitchen?

In Own Your Kitchen, Burrell tells the readers about little fixes they can use in the case of a recipe emergency. The only pickles she hasn't gotten out of: Burning or dropping anything on the floor. Mistakes happen, but those are the two things are absolute deal breakers.

However, Burrell says, "Mistakes happen," so don't sweat it if you're a clumsy cook.
