In November 2013 Britain witnessed a classic fight between Carl Froch and George Groves. However, it ended controversially, leaving the pair with no choice but to fight again. This time, Britain and the world took more interest, and the pair were rewarded with a fight against one another at Wembley Stadium, in front of 80,000 fans. Both fighters were desperate to walk away with the world IBF and WBA middleweight belts.

In the first fight the pair were explosive with Groves dominating for the majority of the fight. In their second bout the pair were both a lot more controlled and less explosive, with Groves slightly edging the fight. In the 6th, 7th and 8th rounds Groves started to dominate, but then Carl Froch seen an opportunity to launch a right hand on Groves' exposed face. He did just that and Groves fell to the floor, with everyone knowing the fight was over. The referee waved it off and Froch walked away with his belts in hand.

As Froch soaked in the intense atmosphere and celebrated his victory, he decided that this moment wasn't glorious enough, so what did he do to add to the occasion? He proposed to his long-time model girlfriend Rachael Cordingley. She said yes. No ring was used in the proposal, but it was a verbal one, and the beautiful model said "yes".

It seems like it was a perfect night for Carl Froch. With Britain, and America watching, he's likely to of earned himself a ton of new fans, and that could help him, as he announced he wants to fight in Las Vegas next.
