Madonna has churned hit and hit for nearly 3 decades and now she is being hit with a lawsuit over her hit dance song "Vogue".  Apparently, the instrumentals on Vogue were taken from Salsoul Ochestra's 1977 song "Chicago Bus Stop (Ooh, I Love It)".

VMG Salsoul music bosses discovered this with new technology that could identify specific sounds.

TMZ was able to obtain a copy of the lawsuit which claimed that Madonna had profited from the instrumentals that she never paid for since 1990 when the song "Vogue" came out.

This is an unexpected surprise for the hit maker Madonna who is currently on her world tour to support MDNA.
