Comedians from all over are expressing the shock they felt when they heard that one of their own passed away in a horrific accident over the weekend.
The accident that injured comedian Tracy Morgan, and 3 others claimed the life of one other passenger. Comedian James McNair, who also went by the name of Jimmy "Mack" McNair, was 62-years-old when he died in Saturday's horrible chain reaction crash.
According to CBS Los Angeles, McNair was a stand up comedian and a writer for Morgan. MStars News previously reported that McNair and Morgan, 45 were riding along with Morgan's assistant, Jeff Millea, Ardie Fuqua, and Harris Stanton when they were hit by a semi-truck.
The comedians returning home from standup comedy show in Delware. Morgan has been touring with the other comedians nationally for the show, "Turn it Funny."
Jamie Masada, owner of the Laugh Factory in West Hollywood commented on the death of McNair saying, "Anytime we lose a comedian, we just shouldn't because they're all a doctor of the soul," Masada continued. "It just breaks our heart to see this happen."
