"Somethin' Bad" hasn't happened to Carrie Underwood, in fact the exact opposite has occurred.
Underwood has just set multiple industry records at the CMT Music Awards, which aired earlier last week. The country singer took home the top honor of the night, "Video of the Year" for her single "See You Again." The video directed by Eric Welch, solidified Underwood as the reigning queen of the CMT's. "See You Again" became her third consecutive win in the "Video of the Year" category, setting a new record for most back-to-back wins. Also, no other country artist has received three video wins for songs off of the same album.
The songstress, tweeted a picture of herself hold the award with the caption "WOW! Thank you fans for tonight! The Video of the Year award really belongs to you all! I am so grateful! #CMTawards.
