That 70s Show star Lisa Robin Kelly's husband claims that a shady treatment and a careless staff at the rehab center where she was found dead killed his wife.
In a wrongful death lawsuit obtained by TMZ, the actress' husband filed claims that the rehab treatment center where his wife was getting help at is to blame for her death.
Robert Gilliam is suing Pax House in Altadena, CA claiming that "treatment and care were improperly administered," and that the former That 70s Show star was neglected for "an unreasonable amount of time" by workers who did not know what they were doing.
Kelly died on Aug. 15, 2013 after receiving treatment for only three days at the Pax House. The coroner determined her death to be an accidental death from multiple drug intoxication but never revealed what type of drugs killed her.
In the court documents, Gilliam claims that Pax workers last saw his wife alive sometime during the night of Aug. 14. Several hours later the actress was found dead in her room.
Gilliam says that the death of his wife has affected his passion for love, affection, comfort and his also claims her death has been an issue financially.
