Well, the stunning "Long Island Princess" has finally spoken-out, and she insists that she never had any sort of romantic or sexual relationship with Beyonce's hubby. And now she wants an official apology, or else...

According to TMZ, Cohen's lawyers are now involved in the whole cheating debacle. Bauer Media Group initially started the "mistress" rumors (by publishing shady reports in popular gossip mags including InTouch). And Cohen is totally peeved.

The 28-year-old 1Oak VIP hostess recently hired a lawyer, who fired-out a "cease and desist" letter demanding that Cohen and Jay "have never been in love or intimate." Such demeaning reports are simply "foul and phony mistress-rumor[s]."

Cohen has met both HOV and Queen Bey on several different occasions in NYC through her job - but nothing more than that.

And she wants to officially clear her name.

In the legal letter (originally obtained by TMZ), Cohen demands an apology from Bauer Media Group. She also wants the company to debunk any Jay-Z and Beyonce "cheating rumors" involving herself. All reports involving this "made-up" scandal should hence be removed from print and the internet.

Bauer has yet to respond. But hopefully this means things are still going okay between hip-hop's beloved power couple!
