More footage was released for the newest installment of the best-selling LEGO Batman videogame franchise. A gameplay sneak peak was revealed, featuring more material of the Dark Knight, the Man of Steel, and the rest of the Justice League in LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham.

As reported here, the third sequel is set somewhere in outer-space, where the Justice League Headquarters is located. Some things never change as Batman and Superman still cannot get along. But the Caped Crusader has to put his jealousy aside when the super-villain Brainiac shows up.

In the first level, Batman and his sidekick, Robin, have to fly off into the skies in the Bat-spaceship. Once they arrive at the Justice League's Watchtower's base, they will have to fight off the Joker's robot henchmen. You get a chance to play as Cyborg, Flash, and the other superheroes just in the first level alone.

Game Director Arthur Parsons explains the first level in-depth, "You're going to have to clear the landing base, so that Wonder Woman can bring in the invisible jet. You've got Robin, Cyborg, Flash, and all the Justice League going in to retake the Watchtower." Parsons continues, "This level is our first experience in space. And from then on, we just build, and build, and build!"
