We are definitely hearing her "Roar."
The prismatic pop icon that is Katy Perry has been in talks to launch her own record label for a while now, but today she finally announced the amazing news via Twitter.
"I am so ESTATIC to finally announce my NEW label Metamorphosis Music," the singer revealed.
She also revealed that the butterfly label already had signed its first artist in none other than her good friend Ferras.
I am so ECSTATIC to finally announce my NEW label Metamorphosis Music & my first signing, the incredibly talented & soulful FERRAS! @ferras

Now if you are a diehard Katy Perry fans like us, you would know that she and Ferras have been friends for quite some time, they even collaborated on his song "Rush" back in 2009, if you haven't heard it you need to watch the amazing duet video right now on YouTube.
The soulful artist is probably most prominently known for his single "Hollywood's Not America," which reached commercial success when it was used as the exit song during the seventh season of American Idol. It's been six years since his debut album Aliens & Rainbows was released but it seems that with the help of his friend, he can definitely stage a comeback, although we feel like he's been here all along.
It definitely seems like these two are ready to become legendary, at least if their new single "Legends Never Die," has anything to say about it. The single, which is featured on Ferras's self-titled EP that was just released to iTunes today, is a ballad featuring our favorite green-haired pop star.
It's definitely giving us a John Legend vibe, and we have already added it to our bath time playlist.
