Batman V Superman Dawn of Justice Plot Spoilers on Wonder Woman and Lex Luthor

Filming on Zack Snyder's Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice is currently underway, and set photos have been popping up frequently to give fans a peek at the production. Some new plot spoilers could give even more information about the highly anticipated superhero sequel.

The folks at JoBlo have posted some interesting notes about the movie, specifically on Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) and Lex Luthor. Firstly, the site's source describes Wonder Woman's costume as "badass" and says it is ripped directly from the comics with a "traditional, yet sleeker" look that is "battle ready." The site describes the costume as a blue leather skirt, silver-armored cuffs that reach to her elbows, a golden tiara (possibly with the red star in the middle) and a variation on the traditional red top. She will be an "Amazonian warrior princess," and Warner Bros. is reportedly getting very positive feedback on her appearance from those who have seen it.

She will also wield a shield, sword, spear and the traditional lasso. The shield will be on her back like Captain America wears it when not in use.

As for her screen time, Wonder Woman will be "Diana" when she first appears. The site reports she will have "a fair amount of screen time" and will team up with Batman and Superman (Henry Cavill) for the final battle against the film's villain. Her origin will purposely remain vague, as she is included to show that other superheroes besides Superman exist in this world.

Batman (Ben Affleck) will be a veteran who gets the job done at any cost, which means he will clash with the straight-laced Superman who follows the rules. Wayne Manor will be in the movie, but Bruce prefers to live in a modern cottage on a lake. Underneath that is the new Batcave, which has a Batwing, Batmobile and other gear.

Finally, Lex Luthor  (Jesse Eisenberg) will have somewhat long, red hair at the start of the movie, according to reports. He thinks he is "God's gift to humanity," which is why he hates Superman. Superman's godlike status makes Lex feel inferior, so he tries to convince people to fear Superman and succeeds to a degree. Some see Superman as a hero, while others view him as a threat.

In a bit of related news, Latino-Review's El Mayimbe reports DC and Warner Bros. could show a clip from Dawn of Justice at Comic-Con in July.
