'Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' Season Seven Sets Summer Premiere Date - Plus New Cast Members Revealed, Who Won't Be Returning?

Welcome back to the cutthroat world of real estate.

Bravo has just unveiled the new trailer for the seventh season of their hit reality series Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles and it doesn't look like anyone's going to be playing nice this time around. The new season will premiere on August 20, but when it airs don't expect to be seeing all our favorite cast members return.

Josh Altman and Josh Flagg will be returning to their role, but Madison Hildebrand has chosen to sit this season out. To fill his now vacant spot Bravo has enlisted the help of two British blocks from across the pond, James Harris and David Parnes.

Altman and Flagg's firm, Bond Street Partners, made $120 million last year and hopefully they can stay on top of their game, amongst the new additions. From the preview it seems like Harris and Parnes, are going to give the two a run for their money.

The realtors also have their fair share of personal drama this season like Altmans's pending nuptials to his fiancée Heather and trying to fix the rift between Heather and his brother Matt. The other Josh, Josh Flagg, has his own share of obstacles to overcome as well, including proving that he belongs in the real estate world.

In the trailer, we also get to see a surprise cameo by Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Kyle Richards and her husband Mauricio Umansky, who is also a Beverly Hills real estate agent.
