Are you ready for another dose of real estate drama? Well ready or not Bravo is rolling out what is sure to be our newest summer addiction.
Million Dollar Listing Miami premieres on June 25 and we are so excited to see how the rich and famous live down South.
While we have had a good taste of what the New York and Los Angeles real estate markets are like, we are excited to take a trip to America's beachside playground to get a glimpse into the luxury real estate of this sexy city.
Chad Carroll, one of the stars of the sure to be hit series, talks to E! News about where his A-list clients would choose to go to beat the heat this summer.
The Hamptons- First up is this beachside getaway for many New York socialites. "It's a place they can go and not be bothered," Carroll mentions. "You have nice beaches, nice restaurants and, if you want it, there's nightlife as well." However, it's not just an escape for New Yorkers anymore. "The Hamptons are becoming an international destination," Chad says.
Malibu- Not only is this a great summer location, but according to Carroll people who buy in this market are getting double the deal. "Not only are they getting a fabulous retreat, they're getting a great investment. In Malibu, the real estate keeps going up and up and up because there's limited supply and high demand. It's a financially sound investment."
Europe- While this might be a little far away for some of us, Chad says that people tend to vacation on this continent for the ambiance. "It's a different kind of escape," the realtor explains. "You go there for the beautiful people and the party atmosphere."
Miami- What would a list of summer destinations be without Chad's own hometown on it. He addresses the rumors that people tend to stay away from the beach haven once temperatures start to rise. "It's not true. During our summer, it's winter in Brazil. We've had a huge South American influx. Four years ago, summer was one of my slowest seasons - now it's one of my busiest."
As for where Carroll plans to spend his summer vacation, he says he'll try to make it to the Hamptons if he can fit it into his busy schedule. "It's hard for me to get away, but I'll be in the Hamptons a few time. I'll get there!"
Make sure you catch Chad and the rest of the Million Dollar Listing Miami gang when the series premieres on June 25 at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
