As many fans know, Jesse Eisenberg will portray Lex Luthor in Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice. Japanese actress Tao Okamoto also has a part in the film, and reports came out earlier this month that she would play Lex's assistant Mercy, based on the comic book character Mercy Graves. Now, we have some new looks at both actors.
Eisenberg appears in a photo on Twitter with David Kwong, who designed the magic for the actor's film Now You See Me. Kwong was in Detroit earlier this week performing magic at the Ford Motor Company, and Eisenberg was there to support him.
The photo, which you can view at the top of the page, shows the actor in a baseball cap, but he's got plenty of hair under it. Reports have maintained that Eisenberg's version of Lex would have somewhat blonde hair that resembles Kurt Cobain's.
Okamoto also posted an Instagram photo to show that she had cut her hair for a role, which is most likely Dawn of Justice. Check out that picture below:
ComicBook.com said earlier this month that the beautiful Japanese actress, who starred in The Wolverine, would play Mercy:
"Our source indicated that Japanese actress Tao Okamoto is playing Lex Luthor's assistant, who is named 'Mercy.' In the comic books and Superman animated series, Mercy Graves is Lex's personal assistant and body guard, where she is portrayed as highly intelligent and experienced in hand-to-hand combat."
It is possible Okamoto would play Mercy, but the official announcement said she would play a character newly created for the movie. As always, nothing is official until someone from the production makes it so.
