With the summer heat starting to reach excessive levels, it's always a great idea to cool down on the Internet by checking out the newest movie trailers from the week prior. This time around we were treated to teasers and trailers for The Hunger Games: Mocking Jay - Part 1, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Life After Beth. Check them out below!

Easily one of the most anticipated movies of 2014 is The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1. Yes, this is the first part of the final chapter of the Katniss Everdeen movie saga, so of course the first teaser trailer is incredibly scary. Set up as an address to the Panem citizens from President Snow, this first look at the exciting new movie in the franchise is definitely one of the creepiest.

Fans are already criticizing Michael Bay's new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie, but the latest trailer released this week might clear up some of the confusion around the disapproval. This new trailer shows off the character Shredder and gives us a reason to give this movie a chance when it hits theaters this summer!

Maybe one of the most interesting trailers to debut this week comes from the romantic zombie comedy Life After Beth. Aubrey Plaza stars as the title character, who dies and then comes back to life as the undead girlfriend to a very happy boyfriend played be The Amazing Spider-Man 2's Dane DeHaan. Eventually, she turns into a flesh-eating monster, but the jokes keep coming!
