One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson recently took over his hometown football club, the Doncaster Rovers, with mogul John Ryan and it looks like the pop star has some big plans to raise money. For instance, as part of his crowd funding efforts to support the club, Eleanor Calder's boyfriend is offering the opportunity to take a selfie with him for around $425!
For around $850 you can get a picture with the football squad!
I have to mature a little bit," Louis admitted to The Sun. "This is life-changing for me. I'm going to have to start acting dead serious. I can't be a big kid any more or play pranks."
So far he's kept his promise to be "very involved" in the team's dealings and has set up this new crowd funding venture. Surely this will pay off big for the Rovers!
"Football is definitely not a bigger passion than music - the two are on a par," The Sun quotes the pop star.
"With anything like this, it's always polite and nice to ask. It's nice to have their backing," Louis said about his band mates.
Meanwhile, Rovers manager Paul Dickov is definitely excited about his new bosses.
"The lads worked their socks off last year but [the club's takeover] allows me to build my own team now," he said. "It's probably the first time in four years of my management career I can afford to do that. I'm excited about that, and so are John [Ryan] and Louis [Tomlinson].
"We've had a lot of chats about where we want to go," he added. "We're hopeful we can start giving contracts out fairly soon."
