'On The Run' Singer Beyonce To Star In 'Hancock 2' Film With Will Smith ? Mrs. Carter Takes Over HBO Showcasing The 'On The Run Tour'

In the 2008 debut, Hollywood actress Charlize Theron played the leading lady, but it appears that the Part II: On The Run star will have her chance to play in the action flim.

The upcoming movie will mark the first film she's starred in since 2009's thriller film, Obsessed, where she played the wife to Idris Elba, killing his stalker Lisa, an office temp played by Ali Larter, who falls in love with her boss, Derek Charles (Elba), and attempts to seduce him. Beyonce's other most recent film included her voice-over in the 2013 animated feature Epic. Beyonce uploaded a video via Instagram promoting her concert that will be shown on HBO on June 30. The On The Run Tour features Bey and her hubby Jay Z. The summer tour kicked off on June 25.
