Lamar Odam Still In Love With Khloe Kardashian? Did The NBA Player And Estranged Husband Of The Birthday Girl Pull A "I Love You?"

Is Lamar Odom hoping for a second chance with his former wife, Khloe Kardashian? MStars News previously reported that Khloe Kardashian celebrated her 30th birthday with family and friends and her new beau, rapper French Montana and it seems to have hit Odom hard.

According to HollywoodLife, Odom reached out to his estranged wife Friday confessing how much he loves her. It may not be too late for the NBA star, because he hasn't signed the divorce papers just yet, as he called Khloe wishing her a Happy Birthday.

"He made contact with Khloe on her birthday, but said it was real, real brief," a source said. "He just wanted to tell her happy birthday and wish her well on this new decade in her life."

If you keep up with the Kardashian star, then you know that Khloe still cares about her estranged husband, so of course she would listen to what Lamar had to say on her birthday.

Besides saying, "Happy birthday," Lamar expressed what he was feeling in his heart at the moment. "He even told her he 'loves her' and she said, 'Thank you,' but she didn't say, 'I love you' back. He was slightly hurt by that but he understood," the source close to the situation said.

"He just wants to be on her radar, whether it's good or bad, he just wants to be on her mind as crazy as that sounds. She was nice," they added.

Lamar's words seemed to have no affect on Khloe as she showed off her gifts from French Montana, and was seen smiling and getting close with the rapper.

Oh well, at least he tried.
