WWE Diva Emma Arrested For iPad Case Shoplifting Update: Wrestler Charged With Misdemeanor Larceny; Sentenced To Community Service

Looks like the rumor is true, according to TMZ that is. MStars News previously reported that WWE Diva Emma was arrested for stealing an iPad case at a Walmart.

Emma was caught red handed in Hartford Monday night after Walmart security saw her with a red iHome 'Slim Swivel' iPad Mini case. The sad part is the case was on sale for $21.14, according to the site.  

Police revealed the wrestler was charged with misdemeanor larceny in the 6th degree. Wow we didn't even know that existed.

MStars News previously reported that the police record in Hartford, Connecticut showed a description of Emma that got the arrest rumors started.

WWE fans noticed the wrestler missing on Monday Night Raw. Diva Emma's real name is Tanille Dashwood, as shown above.

It seems that Hartford moves fast and disciplines easy. Diva Emma has already been to court and was sentenced to one day of community service according to TMZ.

Dashwood's lawyer claims that the shoplifting incident was an innocent mistake, stating that Emma forgot to pay while trying to go through the self-checkout machine.
