Okay, it's pretty safe to say we totally want to buy a ticket on Mallard Air because this airline looks incredibly cool. Or, "pretty dope," as they say in the below in-flight safety video. Maybe we're just mesmerized by the funky nature of Chromeo. Regardless, we want in!

The video comes to us from the uber talented folks over at Funny or Die and proves to completely kick all other airline safety videos to the curb.

Some would consider the video to be a total shocker – why in the world is Chromeo in a safety video anyway? – but word has it that the electro-funk duo invested in the Canadian airline earlier this month. Oh, and also because it's a total gag. For proof, check out their constantly "under construction" website and bizarre Twitter page.

After all, we doubt there are many airlines out there willing to make a safety video of this level ... well, maybe Richard Branson and Virgin Airlines.

The video appears to hold all of the usual safety instructions of any normal flight, but with a funky twist ... such as its support of the Mile High Club. But hey, we're not judging.

While the video is a joke done for the site, our hope is airlines take some note because we're pretty certain that should safety videos feature dancing, funky beats and "fashionable" safety vests, we'd be a little more apt to pay attention during the flights. So, get on that, Branson!

Check out the video below. And in the words of Chromeo and Mallard Air, "Fly Safe. Stay Funky."
