Pretty Little Liars got pretty crazy this week. Secrets were exposed, revelations were made, and some nasty habits popped up again.

Lets start this week's recap off by talking about everyone favorite bad girl Alison DiLaurentis.

The DiLaurentis family has gone through some pretty rough changes in the last couple of weeks, with the revelation that Alison's been alive this whole time, the disappearance of Ali's mom Jessica, and the subsequent discovery of Mrs. Di's body buried in the Hasting's backyard.

All this drama makes Ali's dad, like any sane parent, wonder if Rosewood is really the place to bring his daughter up. He brings the topic of relocation up to Alison who can't even stomach the thought, I mean hello she can't possible move away from her besties.

One of the pressing topics of this episode is the medical exam that Ali has to compete for the police to make sure she hasn't suffered any severe injuries during her alleged "kidnapping". The whole thing makes Ali really uneasy, making us think that she has something to hide. We think that something might have happened during her disappearance that the exam will reveal and she's not ready to expose the truth.

Well ready or not here the truth comes, because as she gets poked and prodded by the doctor a mysterious scar is revealed, and her story about how she got it doesn't match with the "kidnapping" lie that she told the police. Could all of Ali's lies start to unravel because of this new discovery?

We want to know how she got it but we'll heed her warning to Hanna because after all "once you know something you cant un-know it, believe me I wish I could."

This episode sees Aria further decent into paranoia, even looking up videos from Shana's funeral, you know the girl that she killed, while she is in the library. Probably not a smart move since all those computers are monitored. Spencer is right homegirl needs to take a psychological selfie because she is really starting to crack.

Throughout the episode Aria continues to spiral further into crazyville as she watches the funeral video over and over again, at one point she even thinks that she sees Shana's corpse rising from the casket.

Unable to find solace in her own house, Aria seeks refugee at Ezra's, being that he knows about Shana and that she can confide in him.  While there, he gives Aria a lesson in forgiveness, saying that he had to learn to live with the fact that she may never figure him after discovering he was writing about her life for a new book.

To distract from her thoughts, Ezra gets out all sorts of board games from chess, to checkers, and even gin. As the night wears on some dormant feeling are brought up by Aria. Her request to stay the night is the first real shift we've seen this season back to the Ezria we used to know and love. She realizes that she overstepped a boundary and retracts her question, knowing she would rather face an empty house rather than her feelings for him again.

The Emily storyline this episode doesn't have much depth to it, mainly focusing around her complex relationship with Paige. The only thing of notoriety that happens between the two is that Paige, at the request of Mona, tries to persuade Emily to get Alison to head her father's request and move out of town. Something that Emily later brings up to Alison, but nothing comes of it.

Hanna's storyline, like that of Emily's is very light this episode, so that the focus can mainly be on Spencer, Alison and Aria. What we do however get to see is the weight of Alison's many lies finally starting to ware on Hanna. She is so stressed out by all the lying that she is back to her old ways of shoplifting.

The Spencer storyline is probably the most intriguing of the bunch. Last week we left her in a pretty sticky situation with her dad and Melissa, clearly hiding something from her.

She goes on a journey to try to figure out what they could possibly be hiding from her. Knowing that the toxicology reports are going to be revealed to explain the cause of Mrs. Di's death, Spencer looks to finding out if her father could really be the culprit. She thinks that she is on to something when she finds rat poison out in the barn. Knowing that they've never had a rotten problem, she thinks that this might have been used to bring down the matriarch of the DiLaurentis family.

So why does Spencer think that her dad had anything to with the murder? Well apparently Mrs. Di was going to pin Ali's murder on Spencer, an issue that could have gotten her father riled up enough to poison Jessica.

The toxicology screen is back from the coriander saying that someone messed with Mrs Di's blood pressure pills causing her heart to stop, Spencer breathes a short lived sigh of relief thinking that this new fact frees her dad from any blame. However, in the last few minutes of the episode she discovers the blood pressure medicine that was used to kill Mrs. Di was in one of her kitchen cabinets. Dum dum dum.....

Next week is the 100th episode and it's looking like it's going to be epic.
