Frank Ocean's new album Channel Orange got boosted up to the No. 2 spot on Billboard. When the album got released 1 week earlier than the expected release date, experts predicted that Ocean's album would do well despite Target banning the album from their stores.
Channel Orange sold 131,000 copies while rocker Zac Brown claimed the No. 1 spot with 234,000 digital sales, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
Physical copies were released on Tuesday (July 17) and may give Ocean another big push in the second week.
Chris Brown's recent album Fortune debuted at No. 1 last week with 135,000 sales. Ocean is not doing bad at all.
