We can all breathe a sigh of relief and calm down a litle bit as Chris Colfer is NOT, we repeat NOT, leaving Glee.
A rep for the actor told E! News, "It's not true. Chris is confirmed for the next season of Glee."
"We've been alerted that Chris Colfer's twitter account has been hacked," Fox TV told the news site. "Rumors of his dismissal from Glee could not be further from the truth. We love Chris and look forward to working with him again this season."
The news broke earlier today of the actors fake departure when his hacked Twitter account posted a tweet saying, ""Due to personal issues, I have been let go from the cast of GLEE. Explanations will come shortly..."
Even though this news turned out false, fans couldn't help but go crazy on Twitter, when they thought Kurt Hummel would no longer be on their TV screens.
@chriscolfer I hope you're okay! I love you no matter what!

Chris Colfer was let go from Glee. Which was a shock to him because he was not aware Glee was still on. — Jason Farr (@JasonFarrJokes) July 3, 2014

"You're mine," Ryan Murphy hisses down into his dark basement. "You'll never leave GLEE." Chris Colfer cries. The door slams shut and locks. — Alex Goldschmidt (@alexandergold) July 3, 2014
