Hi-Five Member Russell Neal Update: Former 90s Singer Charged With Murder In Stabbing Case Of His Wife, Fitness Model Brasilia Martinez

MStars News has been keeping you update with all the details in the death of 24-year-old fitness model, Brasilia Martinez. The young inspiring boxer was killed by her husband, a former member of the 90s boy band, Hi-Five.

We previously reported that Russell Neal, 40 turned himself into the custody of the Houston police Wednesday, and confessed to stabbing his wife in their Houston apartment.

At the time of the arrest, Neal was not yet charged. Now we have learned that the singer has been charged with murder.

Police on the scene confirmed that Catherine Martinez died from blunt force trauma and stab wounds. MStars News previously reported that Martinez had two sons, we have now learned that the little boys were not witnesses to the murder of their mother.

Neal a member of Hi-Five, the boy band went platinum in the 90s with their two hits including, I Like the Way (The Kissing Game), making number one in 1991, and just one year later with, She's Playing Hard to Get.

The 40-year-old is currently in custody on $100, 000 bond.
