Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato Feud Over Twitter

Are Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez no longer besties?

Lovato and Gomez have been friends since their Barney and Friends days, but recently fans have noticed that Lovato has unfollowed Gomez on Twitter. The signs point to a feud, especially after Lovato posted a tweet after the unfollowing that said, "Swimming away from your bullsh*t. Bye b*tch." Lovato has since removed the tweet, but the Internet never forgets.

Rumors are swirling about the two ladies' possible spat with signs pointing to a number of causes:

1.) Gomez's dramatic personal life.

There is no doubt that Gomez's personal life is dramatic. Her relationship with Justin Bieber makes headlines daily and the two are constantly breaking up and making up.

2.) Gomez has recently made headlines over a stalker who has repeatedly tried to gain access to her residence. Is Lovato jealous?

A man is risking a prision sentence just to be near Gomez. Lovato has spoken out about her insecurities on multiple occasions, but would her insecurities push her to be jealous of her friends' success and popularity?

3.) Lovato is having a tough time since rehab and just can't anymore.

Granted, Gomez also checked herself into rehab. However, Gomez continues to partake in unhealthy behaviors and relationships. It is a possibility that Lovato doesn't want to surround herself with people who cannot make healthy life decisions and she's willing to kick them to the curb.

4.) Justin Bieber got in the way of their friendship.

Bieber's disrespectful testimony alone demonstrates how rude of a character the singer can be. Who knows how he is behind closed doors...  Bieber could have mouthed off to the strong-willed and opinionated Lovato one too many times with Gomez refusing to pick a side.

5.) Demi was tired of being called "fat" compared to Gomez.

The two ladies are gorgeous, but Gomez is notably slimmer than the curvaceous Lovato.  Lovato has spoken on multiple occasions about her suffering with eating disorders throughout her life, but could Gomez's small frame make Lovato feel like she's living in a shadow?
