Singer Solange Knowles opened up about her elevator fight with brother-in-law, Jay Z  as Beyoncé nonchalantly watched during the Met Ball after party at the Standard Hotel in May.

In an interview and colorful photo shoot with Lucky Magazine's August issue, the 28-year-old briefly touched upon her violent elevator attack and confirmed that she and her family are doing better than ever and passed the dark moment.

"What's important is that my family and I are all good," The "Sol-Angel" said. "What we had to say collectively was in the statement that we put out, and we all feel at peace with that."

The Knowles-Carter family released a statement to the Associated Press, and admitted to family issues and denied that Solange was drunk or stirring problems at the party.

"As a result of the public release of the elevator security footage from Monday, May 5th, there has been a great deal of speculation about what triggered the unfortunate incident. But the most important thing is that our family has worked through it," the family said in a statement. "Jay and Solange each assume their share of responsibility for what has occurred. They both acknowledge their role in this private matter that has played out in the public. They both have apologized to each other and we have moved forward as a united family. The reports of Solange being intoxicated or displaying erratic behavior throughout that evening are simply false. At the end of the day families have problems and we're no different. We love each other and above all we are family. We've put this behind us and hope everyone else will do the same."
