Gone Girl's first full trailer debuted this week, giving us more insight into director David Fincher's thriller starring Ben Affleck and Rosamund Pike. This film has a release date set for October 3, 2014, and also stars Neil Patrick Harris, Tyler Perry, Kim Dickens, Patrick Fugit, Emily Ratajkowski, Casey Wilson, Boyd Holbrook and Scoot McNairy.
The teaser trailer for Gone Girl, released earlier this year, gave us a good idea of how a town is almost convinced that Affleck's character killed his wife, or was involved in some way with her disappearance, but in this new extended look at the movie we see that there's a bit more to it than we thought. For instance, Neil Patrick Harris' character sure is mysterious and a bit creepy in this clip. What's his deal?
Though this trailer has us asking plenty of questions, what we do know for sure is that this murder-mystery looks like one of the best movies of the year.
