OutKast fans will be excited about this story. Outkast member, Andre 3000 is playing the role of musician Jimi Hendrix in the new biopic: All Is By My Side.

André 3000, also known as André Benjamin has made drastic changes, to play the part of the beloved rocker, and a new trailer is revealing the huge transformation.

In the trailer the film starts out in 1966, 4 years before Hendrix's mystery death. The singer, songwriter's music career is about to take off, as he shares moments of his personal life, his love interest.

Andre quotes Hendrix talking about his music and the power of love. "When the power of love takes over the love of power, that's when things will change," Jimi ( Andre 3000) says in the trailer.

The rockers dedication to his music work results in Jimi to have a rocky love life. In the end, it's all about music as Andre 3000, as Jimi says, "I want people to feel the music the same way I see it."
