Halle Berry Fall: Head Knocks Concrete On 'Hive' Set

Halle Berry was rushed to the hospital after she got injured on the set of "The Hive."  She fell down hard and her head knocked into the concrete floor.   It was reported to TMZ that she began to throw up causing concern that she may have suffered a concussion.

After the ambulance took her to the nearby medical center, Berry remained in the hospital for a check up.  

Berry's rep told TMZ, "Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury ... She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She'll continue production as planned."

"The Hive" is a movie about an intense chase to find kidnappers who had put a teenager into the car truck.  Berry's character is the 911 operator who receives the call from the kidnapped teenager.

The 45-year old actress has suffered another injury on the set of a film in 2011 before.  Glad she is fine and back to work.
