Katy Perry offended the citizens of India at India's Premier League in April.  According to U.K.'s The Sun newspaper, Perry and Australian cricketer Doug Bollinger's act on stage was "obscene and lascivious" enough to send the pair to court.

Somewhere during Perry's performance, Perry and Bollinger joined forces and provocatively demonstrated the technique to hold a cricket bat.  Bollinger's arms wrapped around a bare-midriffed Perry and he gripped onto her microphone, followed by a sexy hip-shaking dance.

Apparently, this incident had "distracted students who were writing exams at the time" and was labeled too "indecent."  An Indian lawyer filed an indecency complaint on behalf of the public.

Will Perry and Bollinger have to defend themselves in the court this month?  Probably not. They have not been officially charged.
