Kandi Burruss Not Speaking To Her Mother After 'Coming To America' Dream Wedding? Singer Shares Prenup Details And Gives Fans An Update About Marriage

Now that the honeymoon is over, Kandi and Todd Tucker are trying to put the wedding drama with Mama Joyce, and their prenup issues behind them.

In a recent chat with Andy Cohen on Bravo TV's hit show, Watch What Happens Live, the newlyweds had to face the music about the "P-word" with the host.

Cohen asked Todd what was he thinking about when he broke tradition to see his bride before their wedding, and was Kandi upset at Todd for not attending the rehearsal dinner the couple had a lot to say.

Cohen asked, "When you went over to her house at 2 in the morning, to have that conversation the night before, you didn't even show up at the rehearsal dinner, were you pissed at him for not showing up at the dinner?

Kandi replied, "I was pissed period. It was just last minute and so much going on, I was hoping that it would come together."

Cohen asked Todd, "So Todd no regrets about the prenup?" Todd answered, "No, not at all, once we got on the same page and discussed the issues."

Kandi fired back, "I mean at the end of the day, I feel that the problem is we were planning to spend the rest of our lives together, but when you are dealing with a prenup, it is like you're trying to alter your plan so when you're ready to end it."

She continued, "It's hard."

When it comes to dealing with Mama Joyce these days, it seems that Kandi is not speaking to her.

"Honestly, we go through those moments all the time. We stop talking for days at a time. Like, right now, we haven’t been talking for a couple days. It’s something about my dad."

Kandi continued, "It’s silly to me. It gets to be petty sometimes so to me it’s just, okay, we just need a break.[...]Apparently she must be waiting on me to call her. She’s never wrong. Regardless of what is said, she never sees her part in the situation. She’ll always make it seem like I’m just wrong so we’ll go days ’til I call."
