It seems that even in the happiest moments of someones life, it can also be drama too. MStars News has learned that The Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson was ordered to pay $95,735 for an "inadvertent or mistaken" withdrawal from the bank account in her ex-husband's name, California court documents revealed.
According to RadarOnline, Gunvalson settled her divorce with her ex, Donn in January, but it seems that the divorce comes with a price.
But there is a positive twist to the end of this story, Gunvalson, who is a insurance agent and entrepreneur, will never have to pay Donn anything in alimony.
"The parties now stipulate and agree that each party shall waive now and forever the right to receive spousal support from the other party," the June 16 documents stated. The articles filed are part of an amendment to their previous divorce settlement.
According to the amendment, Gunvalson now a new grandmother once again, ex-husband is also entitled to a double-wide mobile home at an Arizona resort.
The court documents also reveal that Gunvalson is solely responsible for any judgment in an ongoing federal lawsuit related to her former vodka company, Vicki's Vodka.
The new grandmother "will pay, assume indemnify, defend and hold respondent harmless from any and all liabilities associated with said lawsuit," the papers stated.
Gunvalson and Donn split in 2010. MStars News recently reported that Gunvalson's daughter Briana Wolfsmith-Culberson gave birth to her second baby boy on July 9th in Oklahoma.
