Hip Hop Queen Bee Lil' Kim Celebrates Her 40th Birthday; Introduces The World To Daughter Royal Reign (PHOTOS)

Hip hop superstar Lil' Kim turned 40 this week, and in celebration of her milestone birthday, she shared a photo of her new baby daughter, Royal Reign, born on June 9.

The photo shows Royal swathed in white blankets and a matching knit cap. Kim's emotional and heartfelt caption read, "On my Birthday I want to share something special with U all.... The greatest gift I have ever received. My princess, Royal !!!!! This is her first picture on the day she was born. Royal's dad, rapper Mr. Papers, also shared a photo of his baby to Instagram saying, "Everybody say hi to my beautiful a** daughter miss Royal... #LilPapers my lil scooby snack .."

Royal Reign weighed in at 6 pounds 5 ounces and measured 19.5 inches long when she was born at Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey. She is the first baby for Kim and is Mr Papers' second child, as he has a four-year-old son from a previous relationship.

Pop icon Miley Cyrus tweeted a congratulatory birthday wish to pal Kim saying, "Happy bday to the best mommy in the world (besides my own) @LilKim."
