The July 14, 2014 edition of WWE's Monday Night Raw will emanate live from the Richmond Coliseum in Richmond, Virgina at 8 p.m. Eastern and will serve as the go-home show for the Battleground pay-per-view this Sunday.

The main attraction headed into Sunday's event is the Fatal Four Way match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship between John Cena, Roman Reigns, Randy Orton and Kane. The Authority has clearly tried to stack the deck against Cena, but the most interesting part of this picture is the interaction between Cena, the 15-time champion whom half the crowd (or more) boos every night, and Reigns, the quickly rising star who has captured the attention of the crowd.

WWE hammered home this point last week on Raw when Reigns and Cena kept raising each other's arm as they stood tall in the ring. When Reigns would raise Cena's arm, the crowd would boo loudly. But when Cena raised the arm of the former Shield member, the crowd went wild, and Reigns just smirked at him as if to say, "I'm coming for your spot, John." Will WWE continue to tease this transition tonight? Will Reigns finally plant Cena with a spear, just as he has done to Orton and Kane numerous times?

Elsewhere, Dean Ambrose continues to make Seth Rollins' life a living hell, as he has been stalking his former friend for weeks and attacking him at every turn. The two will finally have a singles match at Battleground, but this likely would not be the end of the feud.

Ambrose has already stopped Rollins from cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase on Cena twice, and he has done such a brilliant job with his character that it's completely plausible he could stalk Rollins for the next 11 months and prevent him from ever cashing in on anyone. These two are sure to mix it up tonight before Sunday's pay-per-view.

Ric Flair will also reportedly make his return to WWE television on Raw tonight. He appeared at the company's live event at Madison Square Garden on Saturday night as part of a Lumberjack Match between John Cena and Bray Wyatt. Flair actually busted Wyatt open near his eye, and the young star has a nasty swollen area to show for it. In any event, if Flair does return tonight, the rumor is he would work with The Miz again.

And of course, we have Sting's cryptic tweet from last week that mentions today's date. Many fans expect this to be an announcement about the WWE 2K15 video game, so keep an eye out for that during the show.
