She may be almost ready to say "I do" but don't expect Lauren Conrad to be stressing out about her fitness routine leading up to her wedding to fiancé William Tell.
The reality star just opened up to People magazine, revealing details about her workout plan, her stance on dieting, and how to have confidence in your body.
"I'm not a huge fan of the gym, to be honest," the bride-to-be explains to the mag. "When I have to go to the gym and put an hour in, I'm just staring at the clock."
Instead of hitting the weights, Conrad says that she would rather be outdoors.
"I just like getting out, like going on a hike, going on the kayaks, going for a run on the beach."

While most people are dieting to get their ideal body, Lauren says she's not a big fan of doing that.
"I really love food. I'm not good at dieting," she says. "I try to make smart choices but just eat a little bit less."
Recently LC revealed in her blog that the best way to feel comfortable in your skin is to live a healthy lifestyle and just treat your body right.
"I am all for body confidence, but I am even more for living a healthy lifestyle. Treat your body right, exercise, eat healthy, and then feeling confident in you bikini."
Lauren has been engaged to Tell since October, and is in the process of planning their wedding.
