Rumors suggest that rapper Lil Wayne's still engaged to longtime girlfriend, Dhea Sodano. But if so, why did the YMCMB superstar look clearly "coupled-up" with Christina Milian at the 2014 ESPY Awards on Wednesday evening (July 16)?
