The dust has settled from Germany's 2014 World Cup triumph, but the Premier League clubs are all scrambling to sign superstars. Premier League clubs West Ham and Arsenal have landed World Cup superstars Enner Valencia and Mathieu Debuchy, whilst World Cup winner Sami Khedira is considering an EPL switch to Chelsea or Arsenal, but it's believed he may stay at Real Madrid. Which of these deals presents the best value?

The Hammers have shown they mean business, spending $20 million to land Valencia from Pachuca (in Mexico) on a five-year contract. The star had a stunning World Cup and will provide the London club with their best striker in recent years. Arsenal were in awe of Debuchy, who also had a terrific World Cup, and they landed the defender, in a deal believed to be worth around $20 million.

Arsenal aren't done there, they're still trying to sign Khedira from Madrid, but they face tough competition from Chelsea. The German star is currently weighing up the two offers, and wondering whether he should stay in Spain, or pack his bags and head to the EPL. With all of these changes being made, Manchester United boss Louis Van Gaal is set to sell several Manchester United players, suggesting that he wants to work with a smaller squad during his first season in charge.

Which of these players will have the most impact on their team? It's going to be a crazy season, and it looks like several of the World Cup's best players want to be apart of the English game.
