Don't Be Tardy returns to Bravo TV Thursday!! MStars News has learned that the first episode will already be very scary as fans will get to see that labor and delivery of Kim Zolciak's twins.

In the preview below, Kim is in labor with her 5th pregnancy as things turn into a serious matter. Fans will witness Kim and Kroy in the hospital room as Kim says, "Something is making me feel so dizzy." You can hear the nurse say that Kim's blood pressure has dropped while in labor.

The nervous scene results in Kim's doctor being called in, as the nurse reveals that the babies are not ok. She says, "Baby A is down." She continues, "Baby A is down, the heart rate is down."

Kim lays on the hospital bed helplessly, revealing that she is scared. Kim thinks that the nurse is repeating what she has been saying all along. Kim says, "When LeAnn reveals that baby A is down, my first thought is "well duh" she's been down the whole time." She continues, "When I see Dr. Hood coming in, I'm like "Holly Sh**" this is serious. It was like the worse moment ever."
