Archaia Entertainment Releases Alyssa Milano’s ‘Hacktivist,’ Grab Collected Hardcover Edition Of Graphic Novel!

Archaia, the imprint of BOOM! Studios, has released the hardcover edition of their hit four-issue miniseries, Hacktivist. Created by multitalented actress Alyssa Milano (Charmed), the must-read comic book delivers a quick-paced cyber-thriller about social media hackers on the run from secret government agents.

For Milano's first dive into the comic realm, the talented entrepreneur put together an award-winning creative team. Co-writers Jackson Lanzing and Collin Kelly assisted in plotting out the suspenseful tale about social change, activism, and friendships. The major reason why the comic looks so good is artist Marcus To (New Warriors). After having become critical darlings from Jim Henson's Tale of Sand, colorist Ian Herring and letterer Deron Bennett brought their expertise to the newbie comic book creator.

The story follows Ed Hiccox and Nate Graft as they struggle to rebuild their friendship during a time of war. The young and brilliant minds of YourLife have been changing the way the world connects with each other. Their social networking company is about to bring them wealth and notoriety like they have never experienced before.

But all that changes when their secret hacking group is uncovered. Now that the government knows they are the wanted hackers behind "sve_Urs3lf," nothing about their previous life will ever be the same. Before their company disappears, Ed and Nate have to do something they believe is right for the entire world.

Jack Dorsey, the co-creator of Twitter and Milano's inspiration behind the story, provides a "Note to Readers." As mentioned here, readers will be able to check out the early process work from the creative team.
