David Beckham and Kids Slimed AT 2014 Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Sports Awards (VIDEO)

Looking like three living statues, David Beckham along with sons Romeo and Cruz were slimed at the 2014 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Sports Awards where David was presented with the Living Legend Award.

After an awe-inspiring montage of Becks' greatest soccer moments, David took to the stage to accept his award at the Pauley Pavillion in Los Angeles. Moms everywhere swooned.

David gave a brief, but inspiring acceptance speech, "When I was young, my dream was to be a professional soccer player. If you have dreams and you believe in yourself, your dreams can come true. Thank you very much."

Romeo and Cruz came out to hand dad his golden blimp then the sliming occurred.

The soccer and style icon and sons looked genuinely surprised to have been blasted by the gold slime, although we're sure they knew it was coming. Noticeably absent, Brooklyn Beckham, 15, and Harper who is still too young for this type of public appearance.

Becks' and his boys first appeared together on the red carpet before the show. Dad rocked a casual look in a silk button down shirt with dress pants and boots, while his boys stayed comfy in t's and jeans.

Also spotted on the red carpet were Teenage Mutant Ninjas star Megan Fox (who flaunted her figure in a blue/green tube dress with gold accents despite the fact that she gave birth to her second child just 5 months ago), Olympic medalist Gabby Douglas and singer Pharrell.
