The CW's Supernatural returns for an astounding Season 10 this fall, and stars Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki are back for another round as Dean and Sam Winchester. The relationship between the brothers is certainly bromantic, but what about an actual romance for one or both of hunters?
The "Spoiler Chat" column at E! Online spoke to showrunner Jeremy Carver, who pretty much squashed any fans' hopes of a long-term relationship in Season 10.
"While many women would still date a demon if he looked like Jensen Ackles, showrunner Jeremy Carver said fans shouldn't expect any major romances in Season 10. 'I don't think you'll see an extended love interest,' he said. 'As in seasons past, you might see the boys come into town and have a brief something-something.'"
[WARNING: SEASON 9 FINALE SPOILERS BELOW]
Now that Dean has turned into a demon, his personality is sure to change. He was already an angry and violent guy most of the time, and that was before he opened up his black eyes in the final shot of Season 9. So what does this mean for the older Winchester brother in Season 10? According to the Matt's Inside Line column at TVLine, we're about to see a much darker side of Dean:
"Indeed, Dean has a bit of the devil in him - as will be evidenced by an intense fling he has in the second episode back, with a tough but sympathetic roadhouse cocktail waitress named Ann Marie."
