Supernatural Season 10 Spoilers: Castiel and Dean News, Ruth Connell Cast as Rowena

The Season 10 premiere of Supernatural will be here before we know it, but luckily we have had plenty of spoilers and nuggets of information to consider during the summer break. TVLine has now posted two such items for fans as we wait for the premiere.

Firstly, we know that Demon Dean (Jensen Ackles) will require an adjustment, both for him and for the viewers. But what about for his good buddy, the angel Castiel (Misha Collins)? The "Ask Ausiello" column at TVLine has part of the answer.

"Wondering how Cas will handle his buddy's new persona? Well, first he'll have to find out about it. 'He doesn't know what happened to Dean,' executive producer Jeremy Carver tells TVLine. 'You've got to remember, Sam put Dean down on the bed dead. [He] comes back in the room [and] Dean's not there. So no one knows what happened.'"

Several weeks ago, news broke that the show was looking for someone to play the recurring role of new character Rowena, and now that role has been filled.
