The world has been buzzing ever since Aviva Drescher threw her leg last night on the Real Housewives of New York.

During a heated argument the amputee, unclicked her prosthetic leg and threw it down on the table saying that only thing fake or artificial about her was the leg.

While we think that her behavior is one of the most LOL moments in all of RHONY history, some beg to differ, thinking that her antics were completely uncalled for.

To appease the masses, we decided to bring you a list of the 5 things that Aviva should have thrown other than her leg.

1.     Carole's allegedly (in Aviva's opinion)"ghostwritten" book. How funny would it have been if she said the only thing artificial about this group of woman is this "ghostwritten" book? We think that might have gotten more laughs then the phony leg.

2.     A wine glass a la Ramona Singer. Ramona might be the queen of throwing glasses (just look at her incident in the Berkshire's with Kristen) but we think that this tense moment would have made anyone want to throw some wine.

3.     Sonja Morgan's fake engagement ring. Reports have been circling that Sonja faked her whole engagement storyline to Harry, so that would definitely fit in with the fake and artifical quote.

4.     Some more of her asthma prescriptions. After the ladies thought that she was faking her ailment to get out of the Montana trip, she brought all her prescriptions to show the ladies, or to throw at them.

5.     Or maybe just a mean comment.
